To strengthen our team in the Supplementary Benefits department, we are looking for a fixed-term three-year Social Insurance Clerk (Legal Services) (60%)
Your tasks
- Receiving, answering and triaging telephone enquiries (internal and external).
- Processing, answering and triaging written enquiries (mail and e-mail).
- Finalising and sending outgoing correspondence (including formatting and dispatch approval).
- Managing document filing (scanning, electronic and physical filing, archiving).
- Correspondence with authorities, especially in the context of official assistance and file inspection requests.
- Depending on suitability, you will take on the processing of incoming file inspection requests and file compilations.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) and professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a legal environment (e.g. law firm, notary, administration).
- Very good administrative skills.
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good passive French knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Independent, precise and structured way of working.
- Team-oriented and resilient personality.
