Your Tasks

Following the guiding principle "Closer to people," you work together with the team to ensure the satisfaction and quality of life of the residents.
You take responsibility for your resident group and contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily.
You maintain the care documentation in CareCoach without gaps.

What You Bring

You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
You enjoy your important, meaningful, and versatile profession
You see challenging and interesting care situations as a positive challenge
You want to develop professionally, especially in RAI LTCF, and use the offers of the Senevita Academy for this purpose.
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
With your positive attitude, you contribute significantly to a good working atmosphere and a pleasant living environment for the residents.
