Responsibilities

• Operational management of the restaurant business (service & kitchen)

• Leadership and motivation of the team (planning, training, scheduling)

• Ensuring smooth daily operations

• Quality assurance for food, service, and hygiene

• Guest care and maintenance of the positive restaurant image

• Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and control of goods usage

• Creation of duty rosters as well as control of labor and operating costs

• Support in marketing, events, and online presence (e.g., Google, social media)

• Close cooperation with the owners and regular reporting

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management (e.g., as a restaurant specialist, cook, HGA)

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in gastronomy

• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and hands-on mentality

• Knowledge of Indian cuisine or willingness to deepen it

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage

• Leadership strength, assertiveness, and teamwork skills

• Friendly demeanor, neat appearance, and hospitality qualities

• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Experience with cash register systems, inventory management, and office applications
