Do you want to take responsibility and actively shape production planning? In this versatile leadership role, you will take charge of our AVOR and planning team and, together with the adjacent departments, ensure smooth and efficient production.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead and develop your team professionally and personally and promote an open, appreciative, and performance-oriented collaboration
• You are responsible for work preparation as well as the timely, cost- and quality-compliant planning and control of our assembly orders
• You ensure optimal material and capacity planning together with purchasing, logistics, and sales
• You coordinate our external assembly partners (extended workbench), monitor deadlines and orders, and find pragmatic solutions in case of deviations
• You are responsible for the quality of SAP master data (work plans, bills of materials, throughput times, etc.) and continuously develop our planning processes
• You analyse key figures, initiate optimisation measures, and drive digitalisation as well as the further development of our processes
• You handle error reports, coordinate corrective measures, and ensure high production quality
• You support daily business through final inspections of production orders and their correct feedback in SAP

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally as a polymechanic, supplemented by further training in production, logistics, PPS, or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in production planning, material disposition (MRP), or demand planning in a manufacturing industrial company
• Sound knowledge in analysing and optimising planning processes as well as experience with SAP R/3 (modules PP/MM). Experience in working with external production or assembly partners is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and communication skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as solid SAP R/3 knowledge (PP/MM); experience with the warehouse management system ORBIS is an advantage
