• Specialized advice: You provide sharp technical opinions, particularly in the context of specific projects or construction sites.
• Product expertise: Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of our concrete ranges, especially those in civil engineering and infrastructure, you ensure the proper configuration and compatibility of products on site.
• Customer support: You advise and assist clients in their major projects, helping them define the most suitable technical characteristics.
• Project proactivity: You cooperate with engineers and architects to ensure the integration of our products from the submission phase.
• Technical assistance: You are responsible for technical support during the processing of customer requests, in close collaboration with the customer service.
• Market monitoring: You collaborate with product management and production to improve the existing offer and participate in the development of new products.
• Technical prospecting: You actively participate in the implementation of large-scale projects, in connection with your hierarchical superior and sector managers.
• Submission follow-up: You ensure that our solutions are systematically proposed in relevant calls for tenders.
• Technical training with experience in civil engineering, as a draftsman, foreman, or site manager.
• Strong commercial sensitivity, with confirmed experience in B2B sales or technical consulting.
• Excellent language skills in French and German (spoken and written).
• Major asset: prior experience as a technical advisor with a supplier in the construction sector.
