In this diverse role

• you lead and develop the areas of Product Management and Direct Sales for our classifieds and assume the corresponding leadership and personnel responsibility
• you control and prioritise product, campaign and direct sales planning and ensure the efficient use of available resources
• you develop market-appropriate products and marketing offers for our classifieds, tailored to the needs of local and regional advertising customers
• you are responsible for the revenue development of direct sales, manage sales and campaign targets and develop effective measures to increase sales together with your team
• you ensure the sales capability of our products in the classifieds business and continuously develop them with regard to the market and competition
• you work closely with the Head of Classified Sales, the Sales Team Leaders and the Product Management Newspapers

You will succeed here if

• you have several years of experience in product management, sales or a comparable function and can successfully further develop products and marketing offers
• you have experience in leading and developing employees and can take responsibility for different areas of work
• you confidently manage revenue, campaign and performance targets and derive the right measures in case of target deviations
• you are familiar with print and online advertising products and know how to use their potential for local and regional marketing in a targeted manner
• you know the local and regional advertising markets and can develop attractive marketing offers from them
• you have completed training or further education in sales, marketing, business or a comparable field
