About the job

Setting up and manufacturing watch parts made of precious metal, especially bracelet links, as well as watch cases, rotors, etc.

Operating, optimizing, and monitoring 5-axis CNC milling machines in small series production and automated production environments

Independently setting up and maintaining the entire machine park

Performing first article inspections according to inspection protocol

Ensuring the required quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing process

Maintaining and updating production and quality documentation

Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual with solid experience in CNC setup of 5-axis machines.

Your area of responsibility

Your qualifications

Completed basic training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, or micromechanic, preferably specializing in CNC milling
At least 6 years of professional experience after apprenticeship in CNC milling
Experience in 5-axis milling, ideally on FANUC Robodrill 5-axis machines
Experience with FANUC, Robodrill controls / advantageous (Tsugami HS38MH -5AX)
Very good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
High precision, accuracy, and quality awareness
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
