Responsibilities

• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of the "Tree Preservation" team with three open space consultants
• You are responsible content-wise and procedurally for the area of sovereign tree preservation - consulting, assessment of tree felling applications, inspection and acceptance of replacement plantings as well as tree protection measures within the framework of construction projects
• You provide professional support in the consultation of construction projects
• You lead the development and maintenance of necessary enforcement aids and advisory materials for the implementation of sovereign tree preservation and contribute to raising awareness on the topic of tree preservation/tree protection
• You actively participate in expert committees or bodies and contribute to good internal networking of the specialists

Profile

• Completed studies in landscape architecture, environmental engineering or comparable, ideally with further training in project management and leadership (or willingness to undertake this) – the team size offers the opportunity to take the step into leadership as a specialist.
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth industry knowledge in tree inspection/maintenance with corresponding further training
• Engaging personality with strong assertiveness and a holistic view
• Initiative, strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• Enjoyment of working in a very dynamically developing environment
