What you will achieve:

• Creation and dispatch of newsletters and event invitations via our e-marketing tool as well as maintenance of relevant data in the CRM
• Support in the preparation of ranking submissions and publications, including deadline monitoring, invoice control and other related administrative tasks
• Management of our digital presence on LinkedIn, the website and the intranet
• Creation and evaluation of reports and analytics for the website, e-marketing and social media
• Support of the marketing team in the areas of branding (projects, campaigns including collaboration with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders), CRM and events

How to convince us:

• Completed training in marketing or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in marketing
• Experience in digital marketing, including implementation of LinkedIn advertising campaigns as well as knowledge in web analytics, GEO and SEO
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good to very good English skills
• High IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to sensibly integrate AI tools into everyday work
• Experience with a CMS, ideally WordPress, as well as with e-marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
• Experience in a law firm or a comparable professional service environment is an advantage
• Structured and reliable working style as well as a pronounced quality and service orientation
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment in actively shaping and implementing various marketing topics
