The VITASANA Building Cooperative is a successful & innovative housing cooperative in & around Zurich, offering beautiful, high-quality & affordable living spaces for people of all ages, income levels & social backgrounds. The community's interest comes first: Through the planning & implementation of progressive projects, we aim to meet the diverse housing needs of our over 1,900 residents in more than 600 housing units now and in the future.

For our properties in the Zurich-Schwamendingen area, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as:

Service Technician / All-rounder 80 - 100%

Your tasks include:

• Electrical work (only with NIV Art. 13/15)
• Responsibility for electrical device testing
• Household appliances (living and washing)
• Sanitary installations and fittings
• Heating substations, ventilation, dehumidifiers
• Locking systems
• Various repairs of all kinds
• Preparation of rental properties for handover
• Maintenance of windows and doors
• Assistance with apartment clearances

Your profile:

• Ideally completed training as an electrician with a certificate of competence or with connection permit Articles 13, 15
• Experience in household appliances is an advantage
• Resilience, assertiveness and high social competence
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• IT skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
