• Ensuring efficient organizational structures on the ward (staff deployment planning, definition of daily responsibility, allocation of patients according to the primary nursing system)
• Leadership and development of the nursing team of the private ward
• Future-oriented further development of the ward in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Implementation of the mission statement on the ward as well as ensuring a high quality of care provided
• Participation in or management of area-specific projects as well as shaping team development processes
• Bringing in your experience and strengths in a helpful and well-coordinated ward team including working as a primary nurse in the nursing team

Become part of the Clinic for Internal Medicine with training status A, which with over 2,500 inpatient patients, over 6,000 emergencies, and more than 450 patients cared for annually in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, is a central and important service center of the hospital. Our interdisciplinary wards with the specialties of palliative care, internal medicine, and surgery are managed in the primary nursing system.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH/DNII)
• Several years of leadership experience in an inpatient hospital environment, ideally complemented by project management experience
• Completion of further training in management/leadership (CAS, MAS)
• Competent, winning appearance with high social and professional competence
