Senior Manager Digital Process Management (m/f/d)
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Manage the effective implementation of the Global Product Supply (GPS) system and process strategy within allocated area of responsibility, Reporting, Process or System. Track performance and accuracy of systems and processes collaborating with stakeholders to reactively and proactively to enhance performance. Manage allocated program and project responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent and collaborate within assigned value steps and responsibilities in TRANS4RM and FPS. Contribute towards key process proposals and align with stakeholders for sign off
- Lead assigned internally and externally driven projects ensuring key stakeholders are consulted and sign off. Ensure effective implementation by securing testing and implentation resources
- Govern the GPS process structure ensuring consistancy and optimization opportunities are identifable. Manage into backlogs with supporting functions (PA, DSH, SCCT, D&A, AA)
- Partner with supporting functions (GPS Ops teams, PAs, DSH, SCCT, D&A, AA) to identify and develop new solutions and prepare content for sign off with stakeholders
- Track performance and accuracy of allocated systems. Resolve any issues by investigating the root cause and prepare solutions for sign off
- Support operational teams and GPS stakeholders with indepth analysis and system insight to resolve unforseen issues or to provide a bases for systamitic or process change
- Develop and sustain expert level of system and process insight while exploring and reserching new tech opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work independently
- Good planning and organization skills to accomplish targets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization
- Ability to bridge strategic, tactical, and operational business concepts and developments by applying an end-to-end Global mind-set
- Proven record of successfully applying project and change management skills with strong decision and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage team of experts to deliver business goals
- Strong degree of system knowledge (UiPath, SNP, BI, Micro strategy)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or similar
- Minimum 8 years working international experience in supply chain management
- Minimum 2+ years people management experience (leading experts)
- Proven project management experience (PMP/Prince/Six Sigma)
- Experience in the Sporting Goods/FMCG/Consultancy industries
