ZH Treuhand & Consulting GmbH is a successful and growing trust company based in Dübendorf. We support over 100 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland and offer comprehensive services in accounting, taxes, payroll administration, and business consulting.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced accountant who enjoys classic accounting work, likes to work independently and focused, and places great value on careful and accurate bookkeeping.

With us, the actual accounting work is the focus – without customer acquisition, consulting tasks, or direct customer contact.

Your tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting for various SMEs
• Posting and reconciliation of bank, creditor, and debtor transactions
• Account reconciliations and ongoing control of accounting quality
• Preparation and creation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Support with payroll accounting and social security declarations
• General accounting tasks and support for our client managers

Your profile

• Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a trust company
• Very good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and Swiss accounting standards
• Enjoyment of practical accounting work and dealing with numbers
• A careful, precise, and reliable working style
• Ability to manage accounting independently and efficiently
• Confident use of accounting software, ideally Sage 50 and MS Office
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in accounting
