Delegated Training Supervisor/Educator (m/f), 60-100 %
Your passion
Loving care: You provide children with security, are their trusted contact person, and recognize their individual needs.
Training apprentices: As a delegated training supervisor, you coordinate the in-company basic training in our daycare 10a. You support the vocational trainers in training our apprentices and interns, conduct learning meetings, and participate in the selection process of a total of seven apprentices and interns. In addition, you are directly responsible for guiding five apprentices.
Teamwork: You strengthen team cohesion, support your colleagues in daily routines when needed, and contribute to a harmonious, appreciative working atmosphere.
Your profile
Education & experience:
You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and have at least two years of professional experience. The vocational trainer course is also part of your profile, as is practical experience in guiding apprentices.
Guidance skills: You are interested in training topics and recognize the value of professional guidance and support for apprentices and interns.
Role model function: You are aware of your role model function – both towards the children and the apprentices and interns – and take on this role with commitment and responsibility.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and are a reliable and supportive person for your colleagues.
