Your tasks
In this varied role, you will design, develop, and manage projects in the field of live communication and actively support the further development of PSI's communication activities. You plan and implement marketing measures for event management and take on the support and coordination of the CRM system and the address database. Furthermore, you write, edit, and proofread texts for various communication channels and are responsible for the editorial work of the internal newsletter.
Another focus of your activity lies in the organisation and execution of events as well as internal occasions of the Communications Department. In addition, you process and triage general enquiries received via the internet and support the iLab and Visitor Center groups in projects to further develop their offerings.
Your profile
- Commercial training with further education or journalistic training or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in communication, event management, or the media industry
- Confident German as well as very good English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in handling CRM systems as well as very good IT user skills
