On our ward, we care for 32 neurological patients in double rooms. The organisation is divided into two areas, each led by interprofessional teams with different qualifications.

Our patients often require comprehensive support in everyday life due to their illnesses. We ensure professionally competent, empathetic and respectful care according to recognised concepts such as Bobath, Kinaesthetics and F.O.T.T.

A varied range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires expertise and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is as natural to us as close interdisciplinary cooperation, which ensures holistic care.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct impact on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Through close cooperation with various specialist disciplines, you contribute significantly to holistic treatment and rehabilitation
• Diversity: You can look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients

Your profile

• Training: You have completed recognition as a qualified nurse or an equivalent qualification with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
• Experience: You bring experience in dealing with complex care situations and medical technology
• Commitment: You are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration
• Personality: You are a communicative individual with a strong customer orientation, social skills and team orientation. In addition, you are characterised by flexibility, independence as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
