About the job

• As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you advise patients in an outpatient setting.
• You support patients through social counselling with the aim of reintegration into life and work environments.
• In your daily work, you maintain relationships with authorities, social insurance institutions, and employers and are in close contact with other healthcare providers.
• Internally, you participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions and contribute to public relations work.

• You have a degree in Social Work (FH level) and are familiar with social counselling.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience from the healthcare sector.
• Your interest lies in interdisciplinary treatment oriented towards the needs of patients and their relatives.
• You enjoy working independently, are open-minded, and appreciate a committed team.
