Specialization Bakery-Confectionery
in Koppigen Aspi from August 2026
You are ready to start your training. In the school building, you are already almost one of the old hands. You are aware, as are we, that new challenges await you as you enter the professional world. Therefore, we will closely support you over the next 3 years, continuously train you, and optimally prepare you for your final exam.
You will learn various activities with us such as:
- The production of tasty bread and small bread, for Christmas, for example, Grittibänze, on Epiphany the King cakes.
- The production of super fine pastries like nut sticks or fruit plunder.
- The production of sweet pastries with seasonal raw materials and decoration.
- The production of various cakes like Black Forest or Solothurn cake.
In order to take on these tasks, it is important that you bring a backpack with some prerequisites. As a trainee in our bakery, you must not only work reliably and accurately but also ask questions and be eager to learn.
- You need a school diploma (secondary school preferred) and good German language skills.
- It must be obvious to you to communicate with your team about the work and to ask questions in case of uncertainties.
- Since we are open 7 days a week, you must be flexible in terms of working hours, and you will also work on weekends at times.
- Most importantly, you must enjoy working with food and like to work with your hands.
