About the job

Your Tasks

Supporting employees in professional and organisational matters
Creating the duty roster for the secretariat (PEP)
Conducting annual appraisals
Regular interdisciplinary exchange
Optimising processes
Ensuring patient reception
Responding to telephone enquiries from patients and referrers
Appointment coordination, patient admission and handling of examination formalities in the RIS-Medavis system
Carrying out various administrative tasks (mail processing, e-mails, patient registrations, processing reports, HNET enquiries/image dispatch, etc.)
Training new employees

Your Profile

Basic medical training, further training as a medical secretary or proven commercial professional experience with knowledge of medical terminology
Confident PC skills
Resilient, team-oriented, flexible and positive personality with high social competence
Independent and precise working style as well as pronounced organisational skills
