About the job

Whether trade fair, congress, banquet or corporate event: there is always something happening on the Olma site.
You ensure that our trade fair projects run smoothly from the first enquiry to successful completion.

Your tasks
Independent planning, organisation and follow-up of our trade fair projects
Consultation and support of our clients throughout the entire project process
Coordination of all internal and external partners as well as interface to kitchen, service and logistics
Responsibility for offers, project calculations, budgets and project evaluations
Operational management and accompaniment of the trade fairs on site

What you bring with you
Training in the event or hospitality sector (hotel management school or equivalent)
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the trade fair, event or catering sector
Organisational talent and a structured way of working
Strong customer orientation with a good sense of economic efficiency
Initiative & high degree of independence
Very good communication skills
Resilience & stress resistance
High quality awareness and strong team spirit
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Very good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
