For this demanding transformation task, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as Head of Real Estate SRG.

In this key role, you take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for SRG’s nationwide real estate portfolio. You report directly to the Finance Director and are a member of the Finance Directorate’s management team. Together with your leadership team, you shape the future location landscape of SRG and make a significant contribution to the long-term safeguarding of its public service mandate. You understand real estate not only as infrastructure but also as a connecting element between people, work environments, and corporate culture. You develop and implement SRG’s location strategy with the aim of using space more efficiently, sustainably optimising costs, and aligning production and media locations for long-term viability.

• Further development and implementation of SRG’s real estate strategy
• Leadership and development of a nationwide real estate organisation with over 100 employees
• Responsibility for a real estate portfolio with high strategic, technological, and societal significance
• Implementation of the location strategy, continuous improvement of operational efficiency, and sustainable optimisation of space and infrastructure costs
• Further development of key SRG locations, especially the production sites in Geneva/Ecublens and Comano as well as the SRF Leutschenbach site
• Responsibility for master plans, investment planning, and long-term portfolio development
• Management of complex construction, renovation, and transformation programmes
• Representation of SRG’s real estate interests towards executive management, board of directors, authorities, partners, and other stakeholders

• University degree and advanced training in real estate management or a related field
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a complex organisation
• Experience in leading large construction, development, or transformation projects
• High strategic and entrepreneurial competence as well as the ability to reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions
• Experience dealing with executive management, boards of directors, authorities, and political stakeholders
• Fluent German skills and good knowledge of at least one other national language
