We are represented in Switzerland at a total of 7 locations , namely in Zurich (headquarters), Bern, Basel, St. Gallen and Geneva as well as service centres in the regions of Chur and Lucerne.
For our Controlling Team, we are looking for a committed individual who not only analyses figures but also derives concrete recommendations for action from them.
Controller: Business Partnering & Reporting
Your tasks:
Business Partnering & Performance Management
- Contact person for managers on financial and business management issues
- Analysis of business developments as well as identification of opportunities and risks
- Preparation of meaningful decision-making bases for management and operational responsible persons
- Conducting variance and profitability analyses
Controlling & Reporting
- Responsibility for monthly reporting and profit and loss accounting
- Analysis of project performance including provision valuation and POC calculations
- Participation in forecasts, budgeting and corporate planning
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Digitalisation & Process Improvement
- Further development of our reporting and controlling landscape
- Building and optimisation of Power BI dashboards and KPI systems
- Automation of existing processes and reports
- Participation in data analytics and digitalisation initiatives in the finance area
Governance & Quality
- Co-responsibility for an effective internal control system (ICS)
- Ensuring high data quality and transparency
- Optimisation of planning and control processes
What you bring with you:
Professional
- Commercial training with experience in controlling or successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query or comparable BI solutions
- Knowledge of Navision or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Confident in German and English
