Insurance and Pension Advisor (m/f/d), Winterthur Agency What to expect You will complete practical training to become a certified insurance intermediary (VBV) at our Generali Academy. You are the first point of contact for your customers in all insurance matters and offer them tailored solutions. You actively acquire new customers. You expand existing relationships with your customers and support them in your regional area. You advise both private individuals in the pension and property sectors as well as small businesses on flexible insurance solutions. You advise your customers personally or digitally using modern tools. What you bring You have high self-motivation and perseverance; you keep a cool head even in challenging situations. You work independently and responsibly and are also a team player. You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage. You are empathetic and persuasive; ideally, you have some experience dealing with customers. You are willing to learn new things. You are confident with numbers. You have a strong personal network in the region. You have completed vocational training or have a high school diploma. You hold a driving license (category B).
