• Development and continuation of the IAM roadmap in coordination with business and security goals
• Prioritization of features based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility
• Integration of IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, and cloud platforms
• Implementation of central IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and lifecycle automation
• Ensuring compliance with internal security policies and legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Close collaboration with IT, HR, and external partners to implement high-quality IAM solutions

• Completed studies in computer science, information security, or equivalent
• Several years of experience as an IAM responsible person or product owner in an industrial environment
• Very good knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Entra ID, AD, KeyCloak, One Identity Manager)
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, PAM
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, DevOps) and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical content clearly
