Numbers are your passion – your new challenge
- Together with your team, you bear overall responsibility for the finance and controlling tasks of Securitas AG and act as a business partner to the management and the regions.
- Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements as well as for the financial management and performance measurement of the company.
- Ensuring day-to-day business, periodic reporting, and various analyses (especially financial and liquidity reporting, financial planning (budget/forecast/investments), performance management, risk management).
- Responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) as well as for company-wide risk management and ensuring proper accounting (according to Swiss GAAP FER).
- Responsibility for internal audits in the regional directorates as well as main contact for external audits.
- Leading the Finance & Controlling specialist committee and responsibility for the further development of finance systems (ERP, reporting and controlling solutions) and leading cross-departmental projects.
What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration (university/FH) with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting as well as ideally further advanced training in finance and accounting or controlling
- Several years of professional and leadership experience as well as leadership competence in a senior position in the finance and controlling area of a larger company
- High IT affinity as well as sound knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Power BI and modern reporting and ERP systems; experience in the further development of financial processes and system landscapes is an advantage
- Fluent German, very good French skills (spoken & written)
- Confident and engaging manner and the ability to work constructively with different stakeholder groups
