About the job

What you can achieve:

• Processing of external intervention orders
• Operating various technical systems in case of malfunction/alarm
• Collaboration with different emergency services
• Ensuring the operational service of our operations centre
• Supporting the uniformed front-line staff in all matters
• Various operational deployments (site inspections and patrols)

What you bring:

• Very good German skills and spoken English skills (A2 level)
• Proficient PC user skills
• High degree of independence and technical affinity
• Strong service orientation, pronounced sense of responsibility and targeted communication
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Experience in an operations or alarm centre of a security company is an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (checks of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
• Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
• Mobility (driving licence and own vehicle advantageous)
• Time flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours (night, weekend, 24-hour operation)
