About the job
stiftungNETZ is a large, regionally anchored provider of remedial early education and speech therapy in the early years throughout Switzerland. We advise and support children and families individually, personally, and with high professional competence. Around 100 employees work at seven locations in Aarau, Neuenhof, Reinach, Rheinfelden, Staufen, Windisch, and Zofingen (www.stiftungnetz.ch).
From September 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a new management (80 to 100%)
Your role:
- Together with the commercial management and the extended executive management (branch managers), you steer the established and functioning institution in a people- and future-oriented manner along professional principles.
- You ensure clarity in internal processes and responsibilities; you carefully design and shape strategic, entrepreneurial, and educational projects; you further develop the culture and the team through dialogue and with moderation, and you ensure quality management appropriate to the institution.
- You lead a appreciative, collegial, and intrinsically motivated team that perceives its tasks as highly meaningful. You use cooperative scope for design and maintain direct exchange with the branch managers.
- In cooperation with the board of trustees as well as external committees and administrations, you ensure productive and forward-looking framework conditions.
Your profile:
- You have a pedagogical or business administration education at university level as well as profound experience in leading people, projects, and organizations.
- You have long-standing experience in socially active organizations and demanding leadership roles and are familiar overall with the cultural expectations of employees and the needs of customers.
- You have internalized a contemporary understanding of leadership and collaboration and have acquired a broad and proven repertoire of actions in this regard; you gladly, competently, clearly, and confidently take on leadership.
- You master strategic management and act decisively, structured, persistent, and cooperatively in project implementation.
- In dealings with authorities and committees, you act routinely, reliably, straightforwardly, and with negotiation skills.
- You handle the variety of your tasks flexibly, responsibly, and in a well-organized manner; you are also mobile (driver's license and private car).
