Controller (m/f/a) 100 %
Your tasks
- Business partner for the clinics and specialist departments
- Creation and further development of financial reporting for management and clinic directors
- Collaboration in the preparation and monitoring of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®
- Preparation and monitoring of the budget in cooperation with the clinic management
- Support in the development of statutory and contractual data collections as well as tariff bases (ITAR_K®)
- Further development of controlling instruments, processes and evaluations
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and/or management of specialist projects
Your profile
- Completed business administration training (university, university of applied sciences or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in cost accounting / controlling in healthcare, preferably in a hospital, is required
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- High service orientation and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with SAP and BI or reporting tools
