Your area of responsibility
- Lead and motivate your team to success, creating the duty roster in a sales-oriented and efficient manner
- Promote and develop individual team members to achieve top performance, to celebrate successes together
- Welcome customers in the store and provide them with an unforgettable shopping experience as a host
- Take responsibility for cash management and achieving targets
- Present the merchandise and design the store including the shop window

- Completed training in retail, preferably with leadership and sales experience in the textile industry
- You present yourself confidently and competently and show empathy and respect in everyday life
- You work in a structured way and demonstrate flexibility
- Service awareness and an affinity for fashion and colours are a plus
- A courteous and well-groomed appearance rounds off your image
