- Independent preparation of offers with support from the Key Projects team
- General correspondence with internal and external parties
- Planning and organization of administrative tasks – proactive, structured, and reliable
- Support of the team in operational matters with a high quality standard for your own work

What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in the construction or related industry desired
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
