With state-of-the-art technology and a motivated team, we focus on professionalism and quality.For the targeted expansion and strengthening of our own extrusion, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed individual as Team Leader Extrusion PS & Recycling 100% (m/f/d) in day shift operation
Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in 3- and 4-shift operations in the areas of PS film extrusion and recycling
- Coordination and planning of assigned personnel in consultation with the production manager
- Ensuring smooth shift handovers including reliable information flow to the necessary interfaces
- Monitoring production performance, quality, and key figures and initiating targeted measures in case of deviations
- Coordination of troubleshooting in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Contributing ideas and implementing improvements (CIP) as well as supporting new products and optimisation projects
- Willingness to assist operationally if needed and to work within the required company working time model
Your Profile
- A technical education, ideally as a plastics technologist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in plastics processing; experience in PS film extrusion is a plus
- Good understanding of extrusion processes, production key figures, quality requirements, and troubleshooting
- Initial leadership experience as a team leader, shift supervisor, or similar
- A solution-oriented, responsible working style as well as a strong quality and safety awareness
- Clear, appreciative communication and the ability to engage employees in change and improvement processes
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form; confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
