For an established company in the service sector, we are looking for an experienced individual as "Employee Finance Accounting 80-100%". 

The organisation offers a varied working environment with different areas of responsibility and a collegial collaboration. Due to temporary staff absences and additional tasks, the finance team will soon require temporary reinforcement. The start date is immediate or by arrangement. The duration is currently planned for up to eight months. Depending on your experience and strengths, you will take on various tasks in the daily business of accounting.

Your tasks at the place of assignment:

• You support the team in preparing and carrying out invoicing and ensure correct billing

• Carrying out dunning runs and timely handling of debt collection measures are part of your responsibilities

• You reliably post incoming payments, clarify open cases and assist with the reconciliation of general ledger accounts

• You actively participate in the coding and recording of creditor invoices as well as in the reconciliation of cash journals and monthly closings

• Depending on experience, you take on further tasks in accounting and respond to internal and external enquiries

You offer your future team:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise

• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting and apply this confidently in everyday work

• You are proficient in using ERP systems, ideally you already have knowledge of Abacus

• Very good German skills enable you to communicate clearly with internal and external contacts

• Your careful and independent working style characterises you; you also enjoy working in a team and remain flexible with changing tasks
