These are your tasks
- Establish, operate and further develop the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks
- Advise the Board of Directors, Executive Management and specialist departments on compliance matters
- Create and further develop guidelines, instructions and internal control mechanisms
- Handle compliance notifications, plan and conduct compliance training and awareness measures
- Prepare target group-specific reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management
- Collaborate in cross-departmental projects in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance
This is what sets you apart
- Completed studies in law, business law, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance
- Good knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High integrity and discretion
- Audience-appropriate communication, strong advisory skills and assertiveness
- Confident manner towards executive management and specialist departments
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
