• Responsibility for the entire green area / garden center
• Seasonal planning, management, and further development of the green area
• Professional advice and support for customers
• Implementation of sales activities and ensuring an appealing product presentation
• Seasonal assistance in other areas of the LANDI store

• Completed training as a gardener or several years of professional experience in the green area
• Ideally professional experience in retail (LANDI or hardware store is an advantage)
• Open, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
