For an established company, we are looking for a reliable person for the finance team. You can expect a varied role with exciting insights into different companies and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• You manage the financial accounting of several companies and ensure reliable processing of ongoing business transactions

• You assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• You support the accounting of various foundations and ensure clean processing of business transactions

• You contribute to the further development of internal controls and optimise existing processes

• You collaborate with various internal departments and take on further diverse tasks in finance and accounting

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting

• You bring solid professional experience in financial accounting and are familiar with processes around general and subsidiary ledgers

• You have good knowledge of financial statement preparation and understand the interrelations within accounting

• You work confidently with MS Office and use Excel securely in daily work

• You are familiar with ERP systems; knowledge of Abacus is a plus

• You work independently, structured, and carefully and like to take responsibility

• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
