Quality Facilitator in Production (M/F)

Your mission :

On behalf of an industrial company based in the canton of Geneva, we are seeking a Quality Facilitator in Production (M/F).
Within a precision components production sector, you ensure the application of quality criteria and contribute to continuous improvement. As a true field relay, you support the teams, harmonise control practices and lead the quality approach with the employees.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria and the consistent application of control methods.
- Conduct workstation and part audits, then follow up on resulting actions.
- Identify incidents and non-compliant products, and relay information to the relevant quality contacts.
- Participate in validating the aesthetic criteria of produced parts.
- Analyse quality indicators, prepare weekly reports and lead quality meetings.
- Train and support inspectors to maintain the expected quality level.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions with production teams.

Your profile :

Proven experience in quality within an industrial environment, complemented by one or more certified trainings.
At least two years of professional experience in mechanics or micromechanics.
Mastery of aesthetic control, plan reading and basic quality tools.
Ability to conduct field audits and analyse quality indicators.
Good visual acuity and solid computer skills.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to unite, share knowledge and facilitate exchanges with teams.
Autonomy and discernment in decision-making.
Knowledge of watchmaking is an asset.
