Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognised as being of public interest, a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, the school and the Lavaux nursery.
An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the services moving into new premises currently under construction on the hospital site.
Within our various care services, you will join committed multidisciplinary teams who support patients with professionalism and kindness, ensuring comprehensive, personalised care adapted to their needs.
Mission
- Support patients responsibly, professionally and autonomously in daily life activities.
- Care for four stable patients independently and collaborate in pairs with the nurse responsible for the sector.
- Provide necessary care according to the established care plan, taking into account each person’s habits, age, culture and specific needs.
- Administer, by delegation, authorised medical-technical acts in stable situations that are not urgent.
- Observe the evolution of patients’/residents’ condition, recognise changes and communicate them to the medical team.
- Document care in the electronic patient record and carry out administrative and logistical tasks related to the activity.
- Collaborate with relatives, colleagues and the entire interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Profile sought
Technical skills
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or equivalent qualification recognised by the CRS.
- Experience with elderly people or in a care environment is an asset.
- Mastery of basic care, delegated medical-technical acts and hygiene and safety rules.
- Comfortable using common IT tools and the electronic patient record (EPR).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work day and night shifts.
