About the job

The Baselland Red Cross is committed to supporting people in need through a variety of services. Around 130 employees and more than 500 volunteers assist in emergencies, engage in further education, health promotion, and the integration of the population in the Basel region.

In the Home Support department, we offer, among other things, care and support for elderly, ill, and disabled people. Our services are provided at the persons' homes or in institutions.

Health Specialist FaGe EFZ in Night Shift

For our night watch team in a residential home for people with disabilities, we are looking for a Health Specialist immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You care for the residents during the night.
• You ensure a safe environment.
• You carry out medical prescriptions and therapies and are responsible for prophylactic measures.
• You are the contact person for the nursing assistants of the team, guide and accompany them.
• You maintain the client documentation.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a FaGe EFZ and already have experience as a night watch.
• You enjoy working independently and take on responsibility.
• You take pleasure in working with people with disabilities and approach them with empathy and respect.

The workload is flexibly selectable between 40 and 80%, and employment on an hourly wage basis is also possible upon request. The workplace is in Liestal.
