Your area of responsibility

• You monitor delivery deadlines and ensure everything arrives on time.
• You communicate with customers and suppliers, keeping all parties informed.
• You coordinate and oversee our daily logistics processes and step in when support is needed.
• During our dispatch times, you take responsibility for the distribution staff in the hall, coordinate the upcoming tasks, and work with the team to ensure an efficient and orderly process.
• You are the contact person for operational questions and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You contribute your ideas and help us continuously develop and improve workflows and processes.

What you bring

• A completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Some professional experience in dispatch is great – but not essential, we will teach you everything.
• Communication and organisational talent.
• Team spirit combined with an independent working style.
• Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for learning new/own IT systems.
• Language skills? Perfect – besides very good German, French, Italian or English are advantageous.
• Education: EFZ/EBA/FMS or equivalent (desirable).
