What you can achieve
- Leading professional development as part of the nursing management team as well as supporting a person-centered and evidence-based nursing practice
- Advising, supporting, and empowering the nursing team in complex care situations as well as participating in nursing and co-responsibility for setting and achieving ward goals
- Leading project and working groups for practice development in nursing as well as evaluating practice development projects
- Creating and implementing guidelines and concepts
- Close collaboration with the department head and the department for practice development and research
- Participation in overarching internal hospital as well as national and international specialist and working groups
What you bring with you
- Master of Science in Nursing (or on the way to it)
- Solid practical experience and theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing development as well as the ability to pass this on
- Proactive and communicative personality who moves independently and confidently in an interdisciplinary environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing practice
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as consulting and leadership skills
