Eugen Schäfer AG has been active in the real estate business for over 60 years, mainly in the Dielsdorf ZH area.

Our team, responsible for the maintenance of our properties, is small and manageable, usually with only one or two specialists per trade such as painter, gardener, caretaker and carpenter.

We are looking for a committed and reliable specialist for all kinds of woodwork.

Your tasks

• Measuring, adjusting and finishing components according to plan
• Manufacturing, cutting and processing wooden elements
• Renovation work on attics, walls, floors, doors, facades, cladding; everything from interior fittings to exterior areas
• Renovation and maintenance work on furniture of all kinds
• Supportive work in the caretaker team, especially but not only in winter services

Your profile

• You are a certified carpenter EFZ or have an equivalent qualification
• You live craftsmanship perfection and have a love for detail
• You have a strong spatial imagination
• You have physical strength, robust health and are agile
• You value independence in a small team
• Good German skills and a category B driving licence are mandatory
