To strengthen our team, we are looking from January 2027 or by arrangement for a

• Main task is the operation and monitoring of the Bürgenstock Railway and the Hammetschwand Lift
• Guest contact and support as well as tourist advice (ticketing, information, etc.)
• Carrying out daily checks on the facility
• Ensuring smooth daily operation of the respective facility
• Performing minor maintenance work and assisting with annual revision work

• Communicative and friendly manner with guests
• A neat appearance, good manners and social competence
• Independent and reliable working style, flexibility and willingness to cooperate
• Good handling of common MS Office programmes
• Good verbal and communication skills in both German and English
• Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• Joy and motivation in learning new skills and abilities in the field of railway and lift operation including rescue exercises
• Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
• Preferably, you have already gained experience as a machinist or technician in the cable car industry (not a mandatory requirement)
