As part of the evolution of our profession, we are looking for an HVAC Systems Operator to manage a portfolio of installations and ensure their smooth daily operation.

This role goes far beyond simple technical monitoring. As an Operator, you are responsible for your installations: you monitor their condition, anticipate deviations, carry out necessary interventions and directly contribute to the comfort of residents, while ensuring energy consumption is kept to a minimum.

You gradually become the key contact for your portfolio, recognised for your knowledge of the installations, your responsiveness and your ability to advance matters with seriousness and common sense.

About the Role

A hands-on role with significant responsibility, at the heart of residents’ comfort and the energy performance of buildings. To support the evolution of our profession, we are seeking an HVAC Systems Operator who will manage a portfolio of installations and ensure their smooth daily operation.

Responsibilities

• Operation of a portfolio of installations: regular monitoring of equipment, checking proper functioning and detecting anomalies.
• Preventive maintenance: checks, adjustments, verifications and planned interventions.
• Corrective interventions: fault diagnosis, initial repairs and coordination of specialised interventions when necessary.
• Performance monitoring: observing deviations, reporting malfunctions and contributing to energy efficiency.
• Client and occupant relations: clear communication, professional attitude and sense of service.
• Field reporting: writing intervention reports and reliably updating data related to the installations.
• Internal collaboration: regular exchanges with managers, dispatch, other operators and other departments.
• On-call service: participation in the on-call rota to ensure continuity of service across the SPE portfolio.

Qualifications

• A technical qualification in HVAC or building maintenance.

Required Skills

• Experience in HVAC, heating, ventilation, building technical maintenance or installation operation.
• Good understanding of technical installations and field constraints.
• Ability to carry out diagnostics and intervene methodically.
• A proactive, autonomous, reliable and organised profile in managing your interventions.
• A sense of service and a professional attitude.
• Comfort with digital tools (intervention tracking, field reports).
• A driving licence.
• A refrigerant handling licence is a plus.
• An OIBT 15.1–15 type authorisation or certification is a real asset.
