Your missions 🛠

• Ensure auditing, studies, and consulting in business organization. Quickly immerse yourself in the fields and solve the assigned issues.
• Elicit needs, identify possible solutions, and establish recommendations and strategies for transformation or evolution.
• Recommend solutions that bring value to stakeholders.
• Advise the business relationship regarding information systems.
• Ensure viable solution choices that take into account current strategies and directives.
• Execute the value analysis of the selected solutions.
• Participate in the development of the analysis practice by being a driving force in terms of expertise.
• Present analysis results to management and steering committee and apply strategies to convince and influence to foster stakeholder consensus.
• Facilitate decision-making and lead management to converge towards a target.
• Implement facilitation, co-construction, and collective intelligence techniques.
• Draft deliverables such as strategic planning for the evolution of an information system, master plan, opportunity analysis, preliminary study, specifications, gap analysis, existing/target business processes, and functional mapping.
• Apply the agile framework and values: a methodology by iteration promoting collaboration and flexibility.
• Create and lead sessions and facilitate exchanges between stakeholders.

Your profile 👀

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Certified IIBA business analyst or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting and business analysis for complex evolution/transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity and depth simultaneously.
• Mastery of preliminary studies, business cases, decision documents, and gap analysis.
• Expertise in drafting specifications and requirements documents.
• Experience with agile concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, particularly to maintain a climate of trust, listen to their needs, and respond as best as possible by adapting one's discourse according to the interlocutor.
