Team Leader with Bar Responsibility (m/f/d) 100%

After a thorough training phase, you will be able to provide your energetic support in our operation according to the deployment plan.

• Leading and coordinating the team as well as actively participating in daily business (approx. 80%)
• Active design & further development of event catering at all four locations in Zurich
• Designing and continuously developing our product range as well as the gastro concept to increase sales
• Independent planning, execution, and supervision of events including preparation and follow-up 
• Training and coaching the team to ensure the highest service quality and optimal customer care 
• Creating duty rosters and monitoring working hours
• Monitoring and implementing HACCP guidelines, L-GAV regulations, and requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages 
• Organizing, monitoring, and controlling the assortment (inventory, ordering, etc.)
• Supporting recruitment
• Responsibility for cash management and accounting
• Ensuring correct bookings and declaration of goods
• Assisting with administrative tasks (creating recipes, training documents, checklists, etc.)

• You have completed vocational training in gastronomy and have at least two years of experience in this field
• You already have some experience in staff management
• You have a high service orientation and are willing to work evenings and weekends, as we serve our guests 7 days a week
• With your positive charisma, good manners, and high social competence, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations
• You are authentic and lead by example in what you expect from others 
• We can rely on your independent, service-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of new challenges
• In hectic situations, you remain calm and act proactively 
• You proactively share your knowledge with your team and show active willingness to help 
• You convince your counterpart with your target-group-appropriate communication and excellent German skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programs and act entrepreneurially
