About the job
For our Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy inpatient (ZPPS) we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement
Responsibilities
- Personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing staff in the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy inpatient
- Ensuring effective, appropriate and economical nursing within the framework of an evidence-based nursing process
- Further development and promotion of a consistent patient-centred approach
- Sustainable introduction and implementation of new developments and standards
- Management of quality, budget and FIN performance data based on key figures
- Design and strengthening of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participation in clinic and centre management
- Support of central education in practice
- Active participation in national nursing and psychiatry congresses and events
Profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, Bachelor in Nursing or Master of Nursing Science
- Master's or CAS degree in Leadership/Management or willingness to obtain one
- Several years of leadership and/or specialist expertise in psychiatry
- Proven experience in project management
- Entrepreneurial, proactive thinking and acting
- Commitment and initiative for the best possible interdisciplinary treatment outcomes (skill-grade mix)
- Resilience, perseverance and future-oriented thinking
