Head of Spitex (Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH) 80-100%

In this responsible role, you will lead our Spitex team both professionally and personally, ensuring professional, needs-based care and support for our clients. You will strategically and operationally further develop the services for Spitex and assisted living.

You will clarify services according to InterRAI, coordinate these with doctors and other stakeholders, and are also actively involved in direct care. Additionally, you are responsible for organising the 24-hour emergency call service, maintain a respectful and trusting relationship with the seniors in the vallago residences, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

With a completed qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or equivalent) and solid experience in the Spitex sector, you bring the ideal prerequisites. Leadership experience, organisational strength, and a solution-oriented working style characterise you.
