Finance & Corporate Development Specialist (40–60 %)

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the management and take on an important role in the financial management, project controlling and strategic development of our company.

You will not only keep an eye on the numbers but also recognise connections, identify optimisation potentials and support management in well-founded entrepreneurial decisions.

Your tasks

Finance & Controlling

• Preparation and further development of financial and management reports
• Analysis of costs, margins, liquidity and profitability
• Budgeting, forecasting and actual vs. target comparisons
• Development and enhancement of meaningful key figures and KPIs
• Identification of cost and optimisation potentials
• Preparation of decision-making bases for management

Project Controlling

• Economic support of our projects from calculation to completion
• Monitoring of project budgets, costs, working hours and material expenditure
• Analysis of project profitability and post-calculation
• Identification of deviations and financial project risks
• Support of our project managers in economic matters
• Further development of standards and processes in project controlling

Tax & Financial Optimisation

• Identification of tax and financial optimisation opportunities
• Support in tax planning and year-end closing preparation
• Preparation of decision-making bases for fiduciary and tax consulting
• Analysis of investments and financing decisions
• Participation in the optimisation of our corporate and financial structure

Corporate Development

• Support of management in strategic issues
• Preparation of profitability calculations and business cases
• Analysis of business areas, customers and projects
• Identification of growth and improvement potentials
• Optimisation and further development of internal processes
• Support in building professional structures for our further growth

Your profile

You are an analytical and entrepreneurial-minded individual who gladly takes responsibility and is not afraid to question existing procedures.

Ideally, you have:

• Education or degree in business administration, finance, controlling, corporate management or comparable
• Professional experience in controlling, finance, fiduciary, consulting or a comparable function
• Experience in financial and project controlling
• Good knowledge of business administration and financial planningInterest and understanding of tax-related contexts
• Very good Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, ideally Bexio, is an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinkingIndependent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the development of a company
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
