Your tasks
In the Permits, Supervision and Legal Affairs division, you will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the processing and follow-up of permit files for health professionals and health institutions.
In this context, you will specifically take on the following tasks:
- Processing applications for professional practice permits for health professionals, operating permits for health institutions, and approvals for activities covered by compulsory health insurance
- Ensuring independent processing and follow-up of files in compliance with applicable legal bases and procedures
- Ensuring the smooth progress of various processing steps and identifying any problems or inconsistencies
- Performing administrative tasks related to the division’s activities
- Informing and advising citizens and health professionals in the field of public health
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a commercial clerk or equivalent qualification
- 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, especially in administrative processing and file management
- Careful, structured and precise working method in processing files and data
- Ability to reliably apply procedures and ensure high-quality administrative processing
- Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good knowledge of common IT applications and interest in new digital tools and processes
- Excellent French skills and good German skills (level B1–B2)
