The biz Oerlikon is a cantonal competence center for career, study, and career path counseling.
For the Adult Vocational Qualification Department, we are looking for an experienced employee starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks:
Your tasks are located in the field of adult vocational qualification and include informing, advising, and supporting adults who wish to obtain a vocational qualification. The planning, implementation, further development, and quality assurance of the existing information, counseling, and seminar offerings are carried out in a small team. In addition to information and counseling tasks, you will take on a significant share of administrative duties, such as processing applications. Coordination and collaboration with other departments of biz Oerlikon and the Secondary School and Vocational Education Office take place regularly.
Your profile:
For this demanding role, you are very familiar with the Swiss (vocational) education landscape and are experienced with the topic of adult vocational qualification. Ideally, you have an SBFI-recognized qualification in career, study, and career counseling (including SVEB 1) or training in adult education. You also bring experience in leading and further developing events and seminars. You can work with different target groups, have a flair for administrative processes, and possess the methodological-didactic knowledge to address various learning styles and educational levels. You are used to working both independently and in a team and approach changes flexibly.
